高校教师的健康状况及应对措施研究——基于湖南省某高校的调查

摘　　要：调查表明:我国高校教师存在主动健康体检意识不强,健康异常比例明显上升,颈椎病已成为教师健康头号困惑,心脑血管异常患病率增加等问题。这些问题有社会、学校、个人三方面原因,建议从制度建设和工作机制入手,调整和完善教育行政部门制度设计,建立健全教师健康预警体系,搭建教师健康管理平台,倡导健康生活方式等,加强高校教师健康管理服务,并以此促教育管理层面对高校教师健康的关注以及教师自身主动健康管理意识的提升。On survey of one university in Hunan Province it showed that teachers in Colleges and universities in China, there is active healthy consciousness which is not strong, The health disorders significantly increased the proportion, cervical spondylosis has become the leading confusion of the health of teachers and cardiovascular abnormal illness rate increase etc.The study of College Teachers＇ health problems from three aspects of society, school and individual causes were analyzed by the recommended from the system construction and working mechanism of adjusting and perfecting the design of educational administration system, it established and improved the early warning system of teachers＇ health, it is to build a platform for teachers＇ health management, advocating a healthy lifestyle, to strengthen college teachers＇ health management service, and in order to promote education management layer facing the University teachers＇ health concerns and the teachers＇ own initiative consciousness of health management and promotion.
