摘 要:空间钢结构正朝着更大尺寸的方向发展,在露天下施工,其钢构件的日照温度作用不可忽视。考虑太阳辐射等因素,建立钢构件热分析有限元模型,分析了不同方位,不同风速、风向对圆钢管、方钢管、工字钢3类钢构件表面日照温度分布的影响,获得温度场分布的时间特性和空间特性。结果表明:构件与南北向夹角对钢构件日照温度场的影响不大;钢构件与水平面的夹角,风向与构件夹角、风速等因素都与钢构件温度最大值成反比;钢构件截面面积与构件最大温度值成正比。Steel bridges and buildings are developing towards the direction of large span and space. Most steel structure constructions are conducted in the open field. So the effect generated by the heatexpansion and cold-contraction of steels can 't be ignored. The thermal FEM of steel components is established under natural environment in summer. Characteristics of distribution of temperature field are summarized in accordance with time and spatial form of the steel components. Finally it obtains some conclusions on the temperature variation trend of steel due to different locations,section properties,wind speed and directions. Steel thermal deformation and steel service behavior will be analyzed based on those conclusions. The results show that different angles between north-south line and component axis have a little effect on temperature field of components,angles between water level and component axis,wind direction and wind speed are inversely proportional to the maximum temperature of components,section properties are in direct proportion to the maximum temperature of components.
