摘 要:目的:研究磁敏感加权技术(SWI)对自发性隐匿性蛛网膜下腔出血诊断的临床应用价值。方法:收集经腰穿证实为蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的10例同时做过CT平扫与SWI序列扫描的病例,对其CT与SWI图像表现,对照腰穿结果进行回顾性分析。结果:10例患者的CT均为阴性,磁共振SWI图像表现为脑沟回内的不规则散在分布的SWI序列Min IP图像低信号改变和PHASE像高信号改变。结论:CT检查阴性的患者并不能排除蛛血的存在,通过磁共振SWI扫描技术可以发现CT不能发现的蛛网膜下腔出血的存在而不需要通过腰穿,因此SWI技术对于隐匿性蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断具有非常高的临床应用价值。Purpose: To evaluate the clinical application value of susceptibility weighted imaging technology(SWI) on spontaneous occult subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods: Ten cases of SAH, which were confirmed by lumbar puncture, were undergone CT and SWI scanning. The imaging features of CT and SWI were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The results of CT were all negative. Scattered irregular low-intensity signal on Min IP images and high-intensity signal on phase images were shown by SWI sequence. Conclusion: Negative CT result could not exclude the existence of SAH. The SAH cases that can not be found by CT may be found through SWI technology. So SWI technique has very high clinical application value for the diagnosis of SAH.
