低聚果糖诱导马急性蹄叶炎模型中LPS、p38MAPK、5-HT和TXB_2含量变化的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨脂多糖（LPS）、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（p38MAPK）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）和血栓素B2（TXB2）在低聚果糖诱导的马急性蹄叶炎中的作用,将24匹蒙古马随机分为试验组和对照组,每组12匹,试验组灌服低聚果糖,从0-72 h,每4 h采集一次颈静脉血,4℃、3 000 r/min离心10 min后检测血浆中的LPS、p38MAPK、5-HT和TXB2的浓度。结果表明：LPS、p38MAPK、5-HT和TXB2的浓度分别在16,16,24,28小时达到峰值,峰值分别为（0.025 2±0.003 5）EU/m L、（50.914 2±12.341 7）ng/m L、（10.313 2±1.532 6）ng/m L和（3.992 3±0.565 0）ng/m L,与0小时比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。说明LPS、p38MAPK、5-HT和TXB_2的浓度随时间发生较大变化,可能在急性蹄叶炎的发展过程中起到重要作用。To investigate the effects of lipopolysaccharide （ LPS）, p38 mitogen activated protein kinase （ p38MAPK）, 5 - hydroxytryptamine （5 - HT）, and thromboxane B2 （ TXB2 ） on the oligofructose - induced equine acute laminitis, 24 Mongolian horses were randomly divided into two groups of 12 each, including an experimental group and a control group, in which the experimental group was fed oligofructose. Jugular venous blood was collected once every four hours from 0 h to 72 h, and then the concentrations of plasma LPS, p38MAPK, 5 -HT, and TXB2 were detected after the blood was centrifuged at 3 000 r/min for 10 min at 4℃. The results showed that the concentrations of LPS, p38MAPK, 5 - HT and TXB2 reached a peak at 16 h, 16 h ~ 24 h, and 28 h, and their peak values were （0. 025 2 ± 0. 003 5 ） EU/mL, （50. 914 2 ± 12. 341 7 ）ng/mL, （10.313 2 ±1. 532 6 ）ng/mL, and （3. 992 3± 0. 565 0）ng/mL, respectively. Their concentration values were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） at 16 h, 16 h, 24 h, and 28 h compared with at 0 h, respectively. The results indicate that the concentrations of LPS, p38MAPK, 5 - HT and TXB2 change greatly over time, and may play an important role in the development of acute laminitis.
