延胡索酸二钠对早期断奶羔羊小肠发育的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨延胡索酸二钠对早期断奶羔羊小肠的不同肠段内环境的影响,试验选用30只试验羊随机分为3组,每组10只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上添加0.5%和1%的延胡索酸二钠,试验期为70 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加延胡索酸二钠组的小肠绒毛高度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中添加0.5%延胡索酸二钠组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠的肠绒毛高度分别增加了30.3%、30.1%、45.9%;添加0.5%和1%延胡索酸二钠组的隐窝深度(十二指肠和空肠)小于对照组(P<0.05),回肠则是大于对照组;添加了延胡索酸二钠组的十二指肠V/C值明显大于对照组(P<0.05),其中0.5%的添加量效果最好(V/C值增加了58.6%),1%次之,其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.5%的延胡索酸二钠的肌层厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);添加0.5%和1%的延胡索酸二钠与对照组相比黏膜层厚度虽然有增加但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。说明延胡索酸二钠可以促进早期断奶羔羊肠道的发育。To explore the effect of disodium fumarate on the internal environment of the different intestinal segments from the small intestine in early weaning lambs, thirty experimental sheep were selected and randomly divided into three groups of ten sheep each. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the experimental groups were fed with the addition of 0.5% and 1% disodium fumarate on the basis of diet, and the trial period was 70 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the villus height of small intestine in both of the experimental groups with the addition of disodium fumarate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） than that in the control group, the villus heights in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum villus in the experimental group with the addition of 0.5% disodium fumarate were increased by 30.3% , 30.1% and 45.9% , respectively. The crypt depths in the duodenum and jejunum in the experimental groups with the addition of 0.5 % and 1% disodium fumarate were less than （ P 〈 0.05 ） those in the control group, but the crypt depth in the ileum was greater than that in the control group. The villous - to - crypt ratio in the duodenum in the experimental groups with the addition of disodium fumarate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） than that in the control group, thereinto, the adding effect of the experimental group with the addition of 0.5% disodium fumarate was the best （the villous -to -crypt ratio increased by 58.6% ） , followed by the experimental group with the addition of 1% disodium fumarate, and the differences between the other groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, the muscularis thickness in the experimental group with the addition of 0.5 % disodium fumarate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） than that in the control group. Although the mueosal thickness in the experimental groups with the addition of 0.5% and 1% disodium fumarate had an increase compared with that in the control group, but the differences were not
