摘 要:为了研究黑蜂王台病毒在中国的发展情况,在吉林省内疑似蜜蜂黑蜂王台病痛料中分离到1株BQCV毒株,记为中国BQCV—JL1(KP119603),对该分离株提取RNA,采用RT—PCR技术扩增其VP基因。结果表明:VP基因测序结果与GenBank中报道的BQCVVP基因序列同源性在89%~99%之间。将VP基因序列与GenBank中报道的17个序列进行系统遗传进化树分析,其中与13本分离株4(AB605360)、13本分离株3(AB605359)、13本分离株2(AB605358)及日本分离株Ac1(AB638414)、日本分离株Am3(AB638413)、日本分离株Am2(AB638412)株同源性最高(99%),而与南非分离株(AF183905)同源性最低(89%)。To study the development of the Black queen cell virus (BQCV) in China, a strain of BQCV was isolated from a pathological material with suspected BQCV from Jilin province, and named China BQCV - JL1 ( KP119603 ). The isolate was used to extract its RNA, and then a RT - PCR technique was used to amplify its VP gene. The results showed that the sequencing result of the VP gene shared 95% to 99% homology with the sequences of the VP gene of BQCV reported in GenBank. A systematic phylogenetic tree was used to analyze the gene sequence of the YP gene with 17 sequences reported in GenBank. It was found that China BQCV - JL1 shared highest homology (99%) with the Japanese strain 4( AB605360), Japanese strain 3 ( AB605359 ), Japanese strain 2 ( AB605358 ), Japanese strain Acl ( AB638414 ), Japanese strain Am3 (AB638413), Japanese strain Am2 (AB638412)and shared lowest homology (89%) with the South Africa strain (AF183905).
