摘　　要：红花籽油是从红花中提取的一种功能性油,具有降血脂、降血压、溶解胆固醇等作用,食用价值很高。文章综述了红花籽油的提取方法、化学成分、生物学功能,并探讨了红花籽油的发展前景。Safflower seed oil is a kind of functional oil extracted from safflower, and has a role in reducing blood -fat, lowering blood pressure, dissolving cholesterol, and so on. It has very high edible value. This article reviews the extraction method, chemical composition, and the biological function of safflower seed oil, and discusses the development prospects of safflower seed oil.
