摘　　要：目的了解60岁以上住院患者照顾者护理知识需求情况及其行为,通过各种形式的健康教育提高护理质量和住院患者的舒适程度。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用随机取样法,调查三级甲等医院1000名60岁以上住院患者照顾者的一般情况、护理知识及行为,对结果进行分析。结果本组被调查者中,56.4%患者生活不能自理;照顾者中50.3%文化程度为小学或文盲;50.4%的照顾者完全需要提供相关护理知识。结论住院患者主要照顾者护理知识水平需要提高,尤其是对于低学历、年长、照顾时间短的照顾者需要提高,医护人员应关注和重视这一群体,为其提供知识技能培训以提高其健康水平,满足其护理需求,提高其对住院患者的看护质量。Objective To investigate the nursing knowledge conditions of demand of primary caregivers of hospitalized patients aged≥60 years, and increase nursing quality and improve the satisfaction degree of patients through multiform health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire and random controlled trail methods were used to investigate general status, nursing knowledge and behavior of 1000 primary caregivers of patients with inpatient over the age of 60 from Huaihe Hospital of Henan University. Results In terms of the questionnaire analysis, the life cannot provide for oneself accounts for 15 percent of all hospitalized patients; more than 50.3 percent of primary caregivers with a low-literacy, and 50.4percent of primary caregivers are in urgent need of the nursing knowledge. Conclusion The caregivers＇ nursing knowledge of hospitalized patients especially low-literacy, elder need to be further improved. The medical staff should be paid attention to these caregivers,and support some services such as training, guidance to improve their health status and meet their needs, which can ensure caregivers to provide quality care for the hospitalized patients.
