低频脉冲联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗化疗相关性肠梗阻的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨低频脉冲联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗化疗相关性肠梗阻的疗效及护理。方法 对16例化疗相关性肠梗阻患者,应用低频脉冲联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗,给以相应护理,并严密观察治疗效果和生命体征的变化。结果 16例患者于2～11 d梗阻解除,平均6 d。治疗前后各项观察指标差异显著,生活质量改善,治疗过程中,未发现显著的不良反应。结论 低频脉冲联合醋酸奥曲肽能明显改善化疗相关性肠梗阻患者的不适症状和生活质量。而及时观察病情变化,作出正确的处理,认真细心的护理则可能进一步提高疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of using low frequency pulse with somatostatin in treating the patients who had intestinal obstruction induced by chemotherapy and nursing experience. Methods 16 patients who had intestinal obstruction induced by chemotherapy received treatment with low frequency pulse and somatostatin, underwent nursing, were obviously observed in the variation of treatment effect and clinical symptoms. Results Sixteen patients completed the treatment. Of these patients, tewelve cases showed complete remission,four cases showed partial remission. There were significant differences of observation index before and after treatment. Conclusion Low frequency pulse combined with somatostatin could relieve the patients clinical symptom, the quality of life was improved.
