摘 要:为了探讨大通牦牛肺血管对高原低氧环境适应的遗传学特点,试验选取不同海拔梯度1日龄大通牦牛为研究对象,并以平原黄牛为对照,采用光镜技术和透射电镜技术研究肺细小动脉中的平滑肌含量和肺气-血屏障结构。结果表明:1日龄大通牦牛肺细小动脉中平滑肌含量随着海拔的增加而增大,且差异极显著(P<0.01);而1日龄大通牦牛的肺气-血屏障的算术平均厚度均厚于1日龄平原黄牛的肺气-血屏障,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。大通牦牛出生时,肺组织表现为平滑肌含量较多,肺气-血屏障较厚,这种结构特点是大通牦牛对高原低氧环境的适应性特征。To investigate the genetic characteristics of the pulmonary vascular of Datong yak in adaptation to high - altitude hypoxia environment, one - day old Datong yaks from different altitude gradients were selected as research object, taking one - day - old yellow cattle in plain area as a control. The content of smooth muscle of arterioloes in the lung and the structure of blood - air barrier were studied using light microscopy and transmission electron microscope (TEM) techniques. The results showed that the content of smooth muscle of arterloloes in the lung of the one - day - old Datong yaks was increased with the rising of altitude, and there was an extremely significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Furthermore, the arithmetic mean thickness of the blood - air barriers of the lungs of the one - day - old Datong yaks was extremely significantly thicker ( P 〈 0.01 ) than that of one - day - old yellow cattle. The results indicate that there is large content of smooth muscle in the lungs of Datong yaks at birth with thicker blood - air barriers. The structure is characterized by the adaption of Datong yak for high - altitude hypoxia environment.
