中药泡洗对指尖再植术术后功能康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药泡洗对指尖再植术术后功能康复的影响。方法:将指尖离断伤患者42例54指,随机分为2组(其中对照组20例26指,观察组22例28指),对照组单纯应用手术治疗,观察组应用手术治疗和术后中药泡洗治疗,2月后统计两组患者在成活率、功能康复情况的差异,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组在成活率、功能康复方面均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:中药泡洗可以促进指尖再植术患者术后功能恢复,提高再植成活率。Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese herbs washing on function rehabilitation after fingertip replantation.Methods： 42 cases of fingertip amputation trauma patients with 54 fingers were randomly divided into 2groups（ 20 patients in controlled group of 26 finger,22cases in observation group refers to the 28）,the controlled group were treated with operation treatment,the observation group treated with operation and postoperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine bath,adding up the survival rate and function rehabilitation of the two groups after 2months of treatment,and carries on statistics analysis. Results： In the observation group,the survival rate of functional recovery was better than the controlled group,P〈0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine can promote the global washing function recovery in patients after replantation of fingertip,improve the survival rate of replantation.
