摘　　要：随着网络规模的不断扩大,GSM900M频率规划工作难度非常高。DCS1800M作为GSM900M的有效补充,越来越得到同行的共识。文章为了使整个网络频率复用更加合理、提高网络质量和改善用户感受度,甘肃移动近年来加大了DCS1800基站的建设力度,但随着DCS1800基站的增加,DCS1800吸收话务能力并不理想,双频网之间切换频繁且成功率低,网络质量没有得到明显有效的提升。为了使DCS1800发挥应有的作用,必须从切换、重选等方面对双频网的配置结构进行优化调整。With the continuous expansion of network size, GSM900M high frequency planning work very difficult. DCS1800M as an effective complement GSM900M, more and obtain consensus peers. Articles in order to make the entire network more reasonable frequency reuse, improve network quality and improve the user experience degrees, Gansu Mobile in recent years stepped up efforts in building DCS1800 base station, but with the increase in the base station DCS1800, DCS1800 ability to absorb trafifc is not ideal, frequent switching between dual-band network and the low success rate, network quality is not signiifcantly effective upgrade. In order to play its due role DCS1800, we must switch from re-election and other aspects of the conifguration structure of dual-band network optimization and adjustment.
