摘　　要：为拓展新疆基层广大党员干部的学习方式和途径,研制基于FMS/Red5的跨平台远程视频教学系统。系统使用Flex Builder开发,基于Flash插件的Web GIS的图形界面,文章通过Java技术实现各要素数据的查询、分析、统计等功能,以表格、直方图、色斑图等多种形式表现各种结果。系统总体设计思路明确、人机交互性能好、数据表现能力强,且具有跨浏览器和跨平台的特性,在实际业务应用中极具推广价值。For extending the way and channel of the broad masses of party members and cadres in the grassroots of Xinjiang, the paper develops a corss-platform video teaching system based on FMS/Red5. The system is developed using Flex Builder. It is based on WebGIS graphical interface of Flash plugin. Through Java technolgoy, it implements data query, analysis and statistic etc functions. It uses a variety of froms of table, histogram and choroplethic map etc show all kinds of results.The overall design ideas of system is clear, the interaction of human with computer is good, data expression capability is strong. It has cross-browser and cross-platform features. It has promotion values extremely in the actual business application.
