摘　　要："井工厂"钻井模式能显著降低页岩气开发成本,提高设备及材料利用率,减少环境污染,提高开发效率,对于非常规资源的降本增效开发有着明显的技术优势,且在美国及我国涪陵地区页岩气开发中已经得到成功运用。通过国内外文献调研,总结了页岩气"井工厂"钻井特点,针对页岩气开发过程中的难点,详细分析了"井工厂"钻井关键技术并指出了国内目前的技术储备、设施、管理技术水平等还不能完全达到"井工厂"钻井的要求,缺乏一套完整的"井工厂"施工标准,页岩气开发成本依然高昂。建议树立成本系统控制思想,吸收国外"井工厂"模式成功运行的经验,针对性地开展适合我国页岩气"井工厂"开发相配套的设备及配套技术研究、尽快制定相关行业标准,推广该技术的运用。＂Well factory＂ drilling model can significantly reduce the cost of shale gas development, improve the utilization rate of equipments and materials, reduce environmental pollution, and improve development efficiency. For unconventional resources, it has obvious technical advantages in lowering the cost and improving the development efficiency. And it has been successfully used in the United States and Fuling district in China. In this paper, through research on domestic and foreign literatures, drilling characteristics of the shale gas well factory were summarized. According to the difficulty in the process of shale gas development, key technologies of drilling well factory were analyzed, and it＇s pointed out that the domestic current technology reserves, facilities, management and technical level still cannot fully meet the requirements of drilling well factory, and there isn＇t a complete well factory construction standard, shale gas development cost is still high. It＇s recommended that a system cost control thought should be established; the experience of the successful operation of foreign well factory mode should be absorbed, in order to carry out China＇s technology research on shale gas well factory development matching equipments and technologies, relevant industry standards.
