摘  要:采用PCR-SSCP方法对波尔山羊和成都麻羊共206只山羊的Myo G基因进行了多态性分析。结果表明,2个山羊群体的Myo G基因内含子1区第422碱基处有一个突变位点即C→T,检测到AA,AB,BB共3种基因型和A,B这2种等位基因,A等位基因为优势基因,频率分别为0.751,0.776;波尔山羊和成都麻羊群体内各个年龄阶段AA型的体质量、体长和管围均显著大于BB型(P<0.05),而群体内不同基因型在体高和胸围上无显著差异(P>0.05)。PCR-SSCP was used to analyze the polymorphism of MyoG gene in 206 samples of two goat breeds, namely Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds. The results indicated that the polymorphisms in MyoG gene was caused by C→T transversion at the 422th bp position. Two alleles of A, B and three genotypes of AA, A B and BB were detected in examined populations. The results showed that the frequencies of alleles A of Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds were 0.751, 0.776, respectively. The association of variations of MyoG gene with growth traits in Boer goats and Chengdu Ma goats breeds was analyzed. Body weight, body length and circumference of cannon bone of the individuals with genotype AA were higher than that with genotype BB (P 〈0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant in body height and bust(P 〉 0.05 ).
