摘　　要：采用Visual Basic 6.0设计了荧光偏振检测系统的上位机软件。首先介绍了荧光偏振检测系统的总体结构,然后对上位机软件进行了设计,包括串口通信模块、检测操作模块、仪器参数设置模块和系统测试模块的设计。在实际测试中,通过上位机软件对检测样品进行荧光偏振检测,可以看出所设计的上位机软件系统能够正确完成各项功能,对检测数据的分析计算结果表明,荧光偏振检测系统检测灵敏度高,重复性好,软件能够实现所要求的各项功能,可广泛应用于生物大分子的检测。In this paper, an upper computer software for a fluorescence polarization detection system was design by use of the Visual Basic 6.0. First, the structure of the fluorescence polarization detection system was introduced. Then the upper computer software was designed, including the design of serial communication module, test operation module, instrument parameter setting module and system test module. In the actual test, fluorescence polarization detection of some samples was detected by the upper computer software. The new-designed upper computer software system could correctly complete the function. The analysis and calculation results indicated that the detection system showed high sensitivity, good repeatability, and could be widely used in the detection of biological macromolecules.
