摘  要:因为平行簧片施力机构具有大变形、非线性等特点,故其结构对微动摩擦测试仪的精度具有较大影响。建立了平行簧片施力机构的约束方程,以此进行施力机构的力学特性分析,求出施力簧片的广义作用力,其次进行施力机构的载荷分析,通过选取合理的载荷及其边界条件,并借助ANSYS软件分析了施力机构载荷与形变之间的关系,结果表明工作载荷对施力机构的y向误差影响较大,且选取适当的载荷能够提高施力机构的导向精度及刚度,其为精密微动摩擦测试仪的设计提供理论依据。The precision of friction testing apparatus is affected by the apply force mechanism of compliant spring, because of large deformation and nonlinearity characteristic. Firstly, this paper proposes a constraint equation of force mechanism on compliant spring, and gives bearing characteristics and generalized force based on the equation. Secondly, the loading analysis of force mechanism is established. With the ANSYS tool, the relationship between load and deformation is study by the method of an appropriate load and boundary condition successfully. The results show that the error of the load on y direction has a bigger influence on force mechanism. The guide precision and stiffness of force mechanism can be achieved by choosing an appropriate load. This research has reference value on design of precision micro-friction testing apparatus.
