摘  要:主要介绍了吸附法原理、吸附剂的种类、物性以及吸附法在油品脱氮、脱硫工艺中的应用。目前石油炼制行业脱硫、脱氮工艺以加氢为主。针对存在设备投资大、运行成本高等问题,寻找高效、成本较低的非加氢脱硫、脱氮工艺已成为当前研究热点。吸附剂法作为一种新工艺在油品脱硫、脱氮工艺能够有效地克服传统油品中加氢工艺所带来的各种问题,目前该方法是国内外的各大石油公司正在进行重点开发的技术。The principle of adsorption method,the type of adsorbent,the physical properties and the application of the adsorption method in the process of oil denitrification and desulfurization were introduced. At present,the oil refining industry desulfurization and denitrification process was oriented in hydrogenation. In view of the existing high equipment investment,high operating costs,to find a high efficiency,low cost of Nonhydrogenation desulfurization and denitrification process has become the current research hotspot. Adsorbent method as a new technology in oil desulfurization and denitrification process can effectively overcome the traditional oil hydrogenation process caused by various problems. At present,the method is being focused on as the development of the technology of domestic and foreign major oil companies.
