摘  要:空间传输网络作为重要的空间基础设施,其作用得到了国际学术界、产业界和各国政府的高度重视,已成为全球范围的研究热点。针对空间信息传输需求特点和空间传输网络的典型特征,提出了以中继卫星系统为骨干构建我国空间传输网络的设想,设计了"骨干+区域接入"的双层体系架构,"管理+数传"的骨干网络双网功能结构,梳理了空间传输骨干网络需要重点研究的理论问题和关键技术。The critical role of SITN(Space Information Transmission Network)as a type of space infrastructure has received high attention in the international academic circles,industries and national governments,and has become a hot area of research in the world.Based on the characteristics of space information transmission requirements and the typical features of SITN,a conception is presented for establishment of China's SITN using TDRSS(Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System)as its backbone.A two-tier architecture consisting of backbone network and access network and a dual-network functional configuration consisting of management network and transmission network are designed.Theoretical issues and key technologies of SITN calling for further research are summarized.
