摘　　要：中国现代化离不开政治现代化。马克思主义中国化与政治现代化是一种互动关系。从目标取向(民主和法治)、权威系统(坚持和改善党的领导)、核心内容(制度选择和制度安排)、路径选择(体制内渐进改革)这四个方面,我们可以大致勾勒出改革开放后马克思主义中国化与中国政治现代化的理论发展轨迹。China＇s modernization is inseparable from the political modernization. Marxism in China and political modernization is an interactive relationship. From the four aspects, such as the target orientation （democracy and the rule of law）, the authoritative system （adhering to and improving the Party＇s leadership）, the core content （institutional choice and institutional arrangement） and the path selection （gradual reform within the system）, this paper roughly sketched out the theoretical trajectory of Marxism in China and the Chinese political modernization since reform and opening-up.
