摘　　要：随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的进一步推进,中国传统的政府管理模式已受到严峻挑战,加强和创新社会管理体制,已成为我国政府管理改革的目标模式。只有从创新社会管理体制入手,才能为经济社会快速发展创造有利条件。As the opening and reform and the socialist market economy are being pushed forward, China＇ s traditional government management mode has been subjected to severe challenges. Strengthening the innovation of social management system has become the target of China＇ s government reformation. Only through the innovation of social management system can favorable conditions be created for the rapid development of economy and society.
