河南省工业企业R&D投入产出状况研究

摘　　要：以全国第二和第三次经济普查中规模以上工业企业R&D投入产出数据为基础资料,分别从投入、产出与投入产出绩效三个方面考察河南省R&D活动情况,对其R&D投入绩效进行评价。结果表明:现阶段河南省规模以上工业企业R&D活动绩效总体上低于全国和中部六省平均值;其中,新产品销售收入的投入产出效率与全国和中部六省平均水平的差距有缩小趋势,而专利申请数方面的投入产出效率与全国和中部六省平均水平的差距有扩大趋势。Based on the output data of the second and third economic census about R＆D input and output of above scale industrial enterprises,it studies on the R＆D activities efficiency of industrial enterprises in Henan province from three aspects, the results showsnthat the performance of R＆D in Henan province is lower than the average of whole country and the middle part; Among them, the input-output efficiency of the new product sales income in Henan province catches up with the average level of six provinces in the whole country and the middle part, and input-output efficiency of the patent applications in Henan province widen the gap with the average level of six provinces in the whole country and the middle part.
