康复护理对臂丛神经损伤术后患肢功能恢复的作用

摘　　要：目的观察康复护理对臂丛神经损伤术后患者的患肢功能恢复的效果。方法本次研究对象取2012年12月—2013年12月来该院就诊的64例臂丛神经损伤病例,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各32例,二组臂丛神经损伤患者均行手术治疗,观察组另接受包括电刺激、激光照射、电体操疗法以及运动疗法在内的中西医结合康复治疗护理方案,对照组则实施常规护理。康复护理后6个月、1年时随访观察评估二组神经再生情况和功能恢复情况,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组再生神经电位比例明显更高,功能恢复更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于臂丛神经损伤术后患者而言,分阶段开展综合康复护理有效促进了术后康复,有利于患者肢体功能早期恢复,值得予以推广使用。Objective To observe the recovery effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative limb function in patients with brachial plexus injury.Methods Sixty-four cases of brachial plexus injury cases inhospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were collected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each group of 32 cases.Two groups of brachial plexus injury patients were performed surgical treatment and routine nursing,while observation group acceptd additional nursing including electrical stimulation,the laser,electric therapy and exercise therapy,traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing plan.Rehabilitation nursing after 6 months,1 year of follow-up,neural regeneration and functional recovery of the patients were evaluated.Results Compared with control group,the regenerated nerve potential scale in the observation group was obviously higher,better functional recovery,and there was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions For patients with postoperative brachial plexus injury,it can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation and early recovery of the limb function to carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation in stages,and it is worthy popularizing in clinic.
