摘 要:目的:探讨改良支持护理模式在早产儿中的应用方法及效果。方法:将120例早产儿随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用改良支持护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组纠正胎龄40周时早产儿神经行为NBNA评分及1周岁智能发育量表(CDCC)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:改良支持护理模式可有效促进早产儿神经行为及智能运动发育。Objective :To explore the application method and effect of the modified supportive nursing model in premature infants. Methods:120 premature infants were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (60 cases in each group ). The routine nursing care was given to the premature infants in the control group and the modified supportive nursing model was adopted in the experimental group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the score of NBNA at 40 weeks after correction for the gestational age and the score of CDCC at the age of one year between the two groups ( P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:The modified supportive nursing model can effectively promote the development of premature infants' neural behavior and intelligence and motor.
