摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理干预对乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者的影响。方法:将82例乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各41例,对照组给予常规外科护理,干预组在此基础上加强整体护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于术前(P<0.05),干预组术后HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强整体护理干预可改善乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者满意率。Objective：To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with benign breast tumor. Methods ：82 patients with benign breast tumor treated with surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group （41 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine surgical nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were given the strengthened holistic nursing intervention, the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower after operation than those before operation in the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Strengthening holistic nursing intervention can relieve the anxiety and depression of surgical patients with breast benign tumor and improve the satisfaction rate of the patients.
