摘　　要：护士与护理团队面临的临床护理任务错综复杂,且病患要求与社会期望也日益提高。前沿的创造力与合作网络的学术研究文献将从新的视角为提高护士的创新能力、构建有活力的护理团队提供有益的参考和借鉴。本文梳理了创造力与合作网络的相关研究,从人力资本、社会资本以及两者结合的视角,阐述了对促进护士创新与护理团队建设的启示。Nurses and nursing team are facing the increased ill requirements and social expectations and the complex task. The frontier of academic research literature on creativity and collaboration networks provides a new perspective to improve the innovation ability of nurses to build a vibrant nursing team. This paper reviews the research of creativity and collaboration networks, and takes the perspective of human capital, social capital as well as the combination of both to elaborate enlightenment to promote innovation nurses and nursing team construction.
