摘 要:目的:研究以壳聚糖磷酸降解产物制作妇科医用辅料的抑菌效果。方法:利用磷酸降解壳聚糖得到磷酸降解产物并制作成壳聚糖磷酸降解产物衍生敷料,测定磷酸降解产物对标准菌株的最小抑菌浓度并检验壳聚糖磷酸降解产物衍生敷料的抑菌性。结果:壳聚糖磷酸降解产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.25、0.25、0.5 mg/m L;栓剂敷料和水凝胶敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌环直径分别为13、13、11 mm和14、14、12 mm。结论:壳聚糖磷酸降解产物具有强大的广谱抗菌性能,可以在制作妇科医用敷料中推广应用。Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of the gynecological medical dressings made by chitosan phosphate degradation products.Method: Firstly, the chitosan degradation products were made by phosphoric acid degradation and made into the derived dressings.Then their minimum bacteriostatic concentration ( MIC ) for standard strains and their antibacterial performance were determined.Result: The MIC of chitosan phosphate degradation products for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia colt and candida albicans were 0.25, 0.25 and 0.5 mg/mL respectively.The diameter of inhibition zone of suppository dressings for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia colt and candida albicans were 13, 13 and ll mm respectively, while the diameter of inhibition zone of hydrogel dressings for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia colt and candida albicans were 14, 14 and 12 mm respectively.Conclusion: Chitosan phosphate degradation products have certain antibacterial properties, which can be popularized and applied in the production of gynecological medical dressings.
