摘  要:对河北省老岭自然保护区不同海拔天女木兰茎叶中的次生代谢产物的含量进行了测定与分析。结果显示:1在不同海拔的同一营养器官中,叶和嫩枝中绿原酸、皂苷和鞣质的质量分数均以1 100 m处的最高,黄酮的质量分数以海拔800 m处叶、1 300 m处嫩枝的最高;2在同一海拔高度的不同营养器官中,绿原酸和黄酮的质量分数是叶中的高于嫩枝中的,而鞣质的质量分数以嫩枝中的高于叶中的,皂苷的质量分数则在茎叶中无明显差异;3在不同海拔高度的营养器官中,总绿原酸的质量分数都要高于其他3种次生代谢产物,而总皂苷的质量分数远低于其他3种次生代谢产物。4种次生代谢产物在海拔1 100 m处的质量分数均最高,总绿原酸、总黄酮和总鞣质的质量分数在海拔500 m处的最低,总皂苷的质量分数在海拔1 000 m处的最低。Stem and leaf secondary metabolites content of Magnolia Sieboldii in different altitude gradients in Laoling Natural Preservation Area,Hebei Province were determined and analyzed. The results show that in different elevations of the same vegetative organs,leaves and shoots of chlorogenic acid,saponins and tannin content are the highest at an altitude of 1 100 m,while the content of flavonoid is the highest in the leaf at an altitude of 800 m and in the shoot at an altitude of 1 300 m. In the same altitude of different organs,chlorogenic acid and flavonoid content in the leaf are higher than that in the shoot,while that of Tannin is on the contrary. Saponins content has no obvious difference in the leaf and shoot. In different elevations,the total chlorogenic acid contents in the vegetative organs are higher than other three kinds of secondary metabolites,and total saponins are far below the other three kinds of secondary metabolites. These four secondary metabolite contents are the highest at an altitude of 1 100 m,the lowest content total chlorogenic acid,total flavonoid and total tannins are at an altitude of 500 m,the total saponins are the lowest at an altitude of 1 000 m.
