摘  要:目的评价鼠神经生长因子治疗急性出血性脑血管病疗效。方法选择发病48h内的急性出血性脑血管病患者98例,分为鼠神经生长因子组49例及对照组49例。对照组按急性脑出血常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。两组均于治疗前及治疗后第十四天、二十八天分别进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CSCND)及日常生活活动能力量表barthel指数(BI)评定,并观察鼠神经生长因子治疗期间不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,鼠神经生长因子组与对照组在治疗后14d、28d的临床神经功能缺损程度评分及BI评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05),与对照组比较,鼠神经生长因子组治疗14d、28d的临床神经功能缺损程度评分及BI评分差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用鼠神经生长因子对改善急性出血性脑血管病患者的神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力水平疗效更好,鼠神经生长因子是一种治疗急性出血性脑血管病安全有效的药物。OBJECTIVE To study the efficiency of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS 98 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned into two groups:49 patients in the treatment group were given mouse nerve growth factor besides routine treatment for 14 days,other49 patients were treated routinely without mouse nerve growth factor as the control group. Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit( CSCND) and activities of daily living scale barthel index( BI) in the two group were assessed at different time points before treatment and 14 days、28 days after treatment. The changes of adverse reaction associated with the mouse nerve growth factor treatment were also observed. RESULTS After 14-day、28-day treatment,the result of CCS and BI of two groups improved,and there was significant difference between the therapy group and control group( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05). And there was no obvious adverse reaction of the mouse nerve growth factor treatment. CONCLUSION Mouse nerve growth factor is efficacious and safe in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage due to the improvement of neurological impairment and activities of daily living in the patients.
