摘　　要：为指导抗菌药物合理应用提供参考依据,从医院信息系统调取2014年各季度住院患者抗菌药物应用数据,采用Excel办公软件对数据进行汇总统计。各季度抗菌药物使用强度总体呈下降趋势,整体日均费用较为适中,喹诺酮类抗菌药物用药频度逐季下降。This study aimed to provide reference data for antibiotics optimization. The inpatient antibiotic data exported from the hospital information system was performed statistics analysis with Microsoft Excel. Antibiotics use density showed a downward trend in eneral. Most of daily drug cost was at a reasonable level. The defined daily doses of quinolones were decreasing quarterly.
