摘 要:以石蜡为原料,硼酸酐为催化剂,经催化氧化后再与氢氧化钠进行皂化反应合成高碳醇。实验确定了最优工艺条件,石蜡氧化的最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量4%(以石蜡量为参考),氧化时间为4.5h,氧化温度为175℃;皂化反应的最佳反应条件为:皂化温度90℃,皂化时间3.5h,氢氧化钠质量分数5%。红外分析表明,所制备产物的官能团结构与设计的目标产物相符。对最佳条件下合成的产物进行检测,产品收率为14.28%。Using paraffin wax as raw material,oxidation product was obtained by catalytic oxidation with boron trioxide as catalyst. The higher alcohol was synthesized by saponification reaction with sodium hydroxide. The optimum technological conditions were determined,the optimum reaction conditions of paraffin oxidation: catalyst quantity was 4%( based on paraffin wax); oxidation time was 4. 5h; oxidation temperature was 175℃; the optimum reaction conditions of saponification: saponification temperature was 90℃; saponification time was 3. 5h; The mass fraction of NaOH was 5%. The infrared analysis shows that the molecular functional group of the preparation products matches with the designing target.Under the optimum conditions,the product yield was 14. 28%.
