摘  要:在采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷时,分别用恒温干燥箱和国标法消解试样,对测定得到的总磷标准曲线和实际水样中总磷的含量进行了对比。结果表明,恒温干燥箱消解法操作方便、温度易于控制、测定结果准确、可同时处理多份样品、有效的减少工作时间。使用恒温干燥箱代替国标法中的蒸汽消毒器消解样品可行,值得推广。Using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of total phosphorus in water,respectively with thermostatic drying oven and steam sterilizer sample digestion,content of total phosphorus in the standard curves obtained for the determination of total phosphorus and real water samples were compared,results show that,constant temperature drying oven digestion method operation is convenient,easy temperature control,the determination result is accurate and simultaneous processing of multiple samples,reduce working time. The use of constant temperature drying oven instead of the standard method of steam disinfection of the sample sample feasible,worth promoting.
