摘　　要：介绍了Shell煤气化工艺的应用概况和除渣系统的工艺流程,结合灰渣熔融性和气化炉操作,对除渣系统出现的堵渣问题,提出了工艺判断和处理办法。Applications of shell coal gasification process and technological process of slag removal system were introduced,combining with slag melting and gasifier operation,proposed the process judgment and the solutions for the problems of slag removal system.
