摘　　要：本文介绍了通过对硝基苯胺氯化、重氮化、偶合直接合成各种邻氯对硝基苯胺系列的偶氮染料的合成方法。通过实验得到了最佳的氯化温度、滴加时间、酸度等,及重氮偶合的温度和酸度等重要影响因素,其优势在于降低染料的合成成本、减少中间环节的废水排放、废水循环利用最大化等。Series of azo dyes synthesized from o-chloro-p-nitroaniline were prepared by chlorination, diazotization, and coupling ofp-ni- troaniline. Based on the experiments, the optimum chlorination temperature, dropping time, and pH were obtained, as well as tempera- ture and pH of diazotization-coupling. Advantages of the process were low cost of the synthetic dyes, low waste water discharged, and re- use of waste water.
