摘 要:采用不同种类的季铵盐对棉织物进行阳离子改性,对改性后织物进行活性染料低盐染色。研究了改性剂种类、浓度、改性温度及时间各因素对棉织物活性染料染色效果的影响,优化了改性工艺条件。实验结果表明,改性剂十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,改性剂浓度20 g/L,改性温度选择了60℃,改性时间选择40 min,25%的常规用盐量,改性后染色棉织物的K/S值较常规染色有一定提高,耐洗、耐摩擦色牢度与常规染色相当。Cotton fabrics were cationic modified with different types of quaternary ammonium salts, and the modified fabrics were dyed with reactive dyes by low salt dyeing. The effects of type of modifiers, concentration, temperature, and time of modification on cotton fabric reactive dyeing were studied; and the modification conditions were optimized. The experiment results showed that compared with the conventional dyeing, K/S value of dyed cotton fabrics which modified with dimethyl octadecyl hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate in conditions of concentration 20 g/L, temperature 60 ℃, time 40 minutes, and 25% dosage of conventiQnal salt, could be improved; and fastness to washing and fastnesses to crocking were similar to that of conventional dyeing.
