摘  要:Wittig-Horner法生产荧光增白剂过程中会产生大量含磷副产。本文提供了一种先用硫酸-过氧化氢湿法消解,再用磷钒钼黄分光光度法测定其总磷含量的方法。络合物在400 nm下的表观摩尔吸光系数为6.87╳10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,溶液在0~800μg/50 m L浓度范围内遵从比尔定律,标准偏差S〈0.2,变异系数〈0.6%,加标回收率为98%~101%。A great quantity of phosphorus-containing by-product was produced in manufacture of fluorescent brightener by Wittig- Homer reaction. A determination of total phosphorus was introduced, which digested by H2SO4-H2O2 and determined by Spectrophoto- metric Molybdovanadophosphate Method. Apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 6.87╳10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 400nm and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0- 800 μg/50mL for phosphorus. Standard deviation S was less than 0. 2, coefficient of variation CV was less than 0. 6% and recoveries were 98% - 101%.
