研究生思想政治教育工作中若干现实问题的思考——以地方工科大学为考察对象

摘　　要：通过调查地方工科大学研究生的思想状况,结合工作实践,分析研究生思想政治工作存在着:导师育人作用的弱化、辅导员政治育人职能的淡化、课堂教学育人实效的低产化、工程硕士思政工作边缘化等,在此基础上提出导师真正成为首要责任人、辅导员重视开展政治育人、课堂教学切实发挥主渠道作用、工程硕士思政工作得以回归创新等对策。Strengthening and improving the work of graduate students＇ ideological and political education is an important issue in local engineering universities. Through investigating graduate students＇ ideological status and combining work experience, the author analyses existing practical problems in the work of graduate student＇s ideological and political education, which include the weakened tutors＇ cultivating function, the minimized counselor＇s political function, the inefficient classroom teaching function and the marginalized engineering master＇s ideological and political education, and so on. Based on these, the thesis advances corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the work of graduate student＇s ideological and political education,then making the tutor＇s truly become the first responsible person, the counselorpay attention to cultivate students politically, classroom instruction really play the channel role and the work of engineering master＇s ideological and political education be innovated, and so on.
