摘　　要：人格特质是用来描述个人人格特点的术语。尽管特质论者达成了一些共识,但人格特质仍然存在争论。这些争论主要集中在概念、数量、命名、来源和功能等方面,其论争反映了心理学家们对于人格特质的不断探索与思考。Personality trait is a term used to describe the characteristics of individual personality.Although the trait theory has reached a consensus,there is still a debate about the personality traits.These controversies mainly focus on the concept,the quantity,the name,the source and the function,etc.,and the controversy reflects the continuous exploration and thinking of the personality traits of the psychologists.
