摘  要:以甘农3号和陇东苜蓿为研究材料,采用营养液砂培法,比较研究了NH4+-N 0、105、210、315、420mg/L 5个水平对紫花苜蓿光合色素及光合特性的影响。结果表明:供氮处理下2个品种紫花苜蓿的光合速率、气孔导度、叶面积和叶绿素含量均显著高于CK(P<0.05),并随供氮水平的增大先增加后减小,在210mg/L达到最大。紫花苜蓿胞间CO2浓度随氮素水平的提高而降低,N210对紫花苜蓿叶片光合性能调节作用最大。2个品种对N210氮素水平的敏感度最高,且在N210处理下,甘农3号的光合速率、气孔导度和叶绿素含量对氮素的敏感度高于陇东苜蓿;而陇东苜蓿叶面积和胞间CO2浓度对氮素的敏感度高于甘农3号。Under the condition of complete nutrient solution,the effect of 5nitrogen levels(0,105,210,315 and 420mg/L)on photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic characteristics of Medicago sativa cv.Gannong No.3and M.sativacv.Longdong was studied through sand culture method.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,leaf area and chlorophyll content under nitrogen treatment were significantly higher than CK(P〈0.05),and they increased at beginning and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen level(reached the highest while nitrogen level was 210 mg/L).The intracellular CO2 concentration decreased along with increasing nitrogen level.Treatment N210 performed the best photosynthetic efficiency.The response sensitivity of two varieties was the highest under treatment N210,and the photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content of Gannong No.3was higher than Longdong,in contrast,the leaf area and intracellular CO2 concentration of Longdong were higher than Gannong No.3.
