安阳城市湿地资源保护网络建设初探

摘　　要：湿地被称为"地球之肾",是一种重要的自然资源。安阳市共有湿地面积10 281.21 hm2,分6种类型。湿地植物有维管植物168种,分属62科、130属;重点湿地鸟类分属7目、13科、34种。文中总结安阳湿地资源保护现状及当前湿地保护中存在的主要问题,提出湿地资源保护和利用建议;从安阳实际出发,根据保护优先、合理利用,点面结合、突出重点,就地保护、分区分类,科学利用、持续发展的原则,进行安阳市湿地保护规划;以洹河湿地公园和野生动物栖息地建设为例,实际探索建立城市湿地保护网络之路。Wetlands,often called the＂kidney of the earth＂,are an important natural resource. Six types of wetlands are found in Anyang,with the total area of 10,281. 21 hm2. There are 168 species of vascular plants growing on the wetlands,belonging to 6 genus under 2 families while 34 species of birds live at the wetlands from 13 families,7orders of Aves. The paper summarized the current protection actions taken by Anyang for its wetlands as well as the main problems found in the wetland resources protection,and proposed the suggestions on the wetland resources protection and utilization. Based on the reality of the wetland resource in Anyang,the wetland protection planning is proposed by following the principles such as highlight of key point by integrating point into section,equal attention to protection and recovery,and comprehensive protection with a priority on demonstration points. The construction of Huanhe Wetland Park as the wildlife habitat was taken as the case study to explore how to establish the protection network of urban wetlands.
