摘 要:转基因技术为水稻抗稻瘟病育种提供了新的技术手段。以转GO基因蜀恢162阳性单株为母本,与恢复系乐恢188、晋恢21、明恢63及R473分别复交,对20个农艺性状优良的复交后代株系进行抗谱测定。结果表明,HR320及HR332两个转GO基因后代株系总群抗病频率分别为86.3%和84.3%,与Tetep的88.2%相当。Tetep不抗ZA群生理小种,但HR320对ZA15,HR332对ZA11及ZA15的抗病频率均为100%。多数稻瘟病抗源材料的总群抗病频率及小种抗病频率都高于转GO基因杂交后代。HR320及HR332在稻瘟病抗病育种中有应用潜力。Transgenic technology is a new way to enhance resistance to rice blast fungus in rice breeding. The 20 excellent agronomy traits composite-crossing filial generation lines were analyzed for resistant spectrum to rice blast form positive plant of transgenic Shui162 with GO gene × restorer Lehui188,Jinhui21,Minghui63 and R743,respectively. The results showed that resistance frequency of isolates inoculated of HR320 and HR332 were 86. 3 % and 84. 3 %,respectively,with Tetep( 88. 2 %) fairly. Tetep was not resistant to ZA physiological race group,but resistance frequency of HR320 to ZA15 races,HR332 to ZA11 races and ZA15 races were all 100 %. Resistance frequency of isolates inoculated and physiological race group of most resistant resource materials were better than transgenic rice filial generation lines with GO gene. It suggested that HR320 and HR332 could be available for breeding resistant variety.
