摘 要:从三七根际土壤里初步分离筛选到一株对三七多个病原菌具有抑菌作用的真菌F2,研究测试其对三七黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)、炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)的抑菌率及其对各病原菌菌丝形态的影响。结果表明,真菌F2对三七黑斑病菌、炭疽病菌和根腐病菌的抑菌率较高,分别为88.67%、91.00%和75.76%。显微观察发现,真菌F2可造成三七黑斑病菌和炭疽病菌菌丝膨大、畸形、断裂,造成三七根腐病菌菌丝断裂。结合形态学和分子生物学特征将生防真菌F2鉴定为棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)。The inhibition rates of biocontrol fungus F2 on main pathogenic fungi of Panax notoginseng including Alternaria panax,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium solani were tested in this study. The effects of strain F2 on the mycelia growth of the 3 pathogenic fungi were also observed under the microscope. The results showed that strain F2 could inhibit A. panax,C. gloeosporioides and F. solani obviously with the high inhibition rates of 88. 67 %,91. 00 % and 75. 76 % respectively. When observed under the microscope,mycelia growths of the 3 pathogenic fungi were affected obviously by strain F2. The mycelia of A. panax and C. gloeosporioides showed swollen,abnormal and cracked. And the mycelia of F. solani showed cracked. Base on the morphological and molecular biology characteristics analysis,strain F2 was identified as Trichoderma asperellum.
