摘  要:在武功山主峰1600 m草甸森林过渡区草甸,采集了乔木,灌木,高草、地被植物4类群落下0~20和20~40 cm土层的土壤,每类2种典型小群落,分别代表混合乔木和杉木、箭竹和杜鹃、蹄盖蕨和狗尾巴草、珍珠菜和灰毛泡8个典型群落,分析了土壤总有机碳和活性有机碳中的可溶性有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳。结果表明:各群落下土壤除了可溶性有机碳,总有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳均达到显著差异性水平;总有机碳含量方面,灰毛泡群落下上下层土壤含量都是最高,而其3种活性有机碳含量显著偏少;可溶性有机碳方面,上下层土壤成分中狗尾巴草群落含量显著高于其他群落;微生物量碳以及易氧化态碳方面,箭竹群落下上下层土壤中含量均显著高于其他群落;不同群落类型土壤可溶性有机碳含量均随着土层加深而递减,而土壤微生物量碳、易氧化有机碳的分配比例随土壤层下降出现轻微聚集现象。On grass forest transition zone at 1600 m of Wugong mountain main peak,soils in 0- 20 and 20- 40 cm soil layer under trees,bushes and tall grass,cover plant four vegetation communities were collected,each type had two typical small communities,representing respectively mixed trees and Chinese fir,Fargesia and Azalea,Athyrium filix-femina and Setaria viridis,Clethra loosestrife Herb and Rubus irenaeus eight typical communities,and the dissolved organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon and carbon oxidation of the soil total organic carbon and active organic carbon under those vegetation communities were analyzed. The results showed that the soil soluble organic carbon under various communities reached significant difference,in addition to the total organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon and carbon oxidation state; On soil total organic carbon content,its content under Rubus irenaeus ecommunity was the highest,but the active organic carbon contents of others were significantly less. The dissolved organic carbon in soil composition content was significantly higher than that of other communities under Setaria viridis community; On the soil microbial biomass carbon and readily oxidizable carbon,their contents in soil under Fargesia community was significantly higher than that under other communities. The dissolved organic carbon content of different community types soils decreased with drawdown of soil layers,but on the contrary the allocation proportion of soil microbial biomass carbon and readily oxidizable carbon appeared lightly gathered phenomenon with soil layers deepening.
