摘 要:为筛选欧洲型黄瓜成株期的耐热性鉴定指标,建立可靠的欧洲型黄瓜耐热性数学评价模型,以填补欧洲型黄瓜耐热性的研究空白,为今后大规模品种耐热性的评价奠定基础。在温度为36/25℃(昼/夜)的自然高温条件下,植株成株期的株高、叶面积、茎粗、主茎雌花数、化瓜数、畸形瓜数等11个指标的变化,并运用主成分分析和逐步回归等方法筛选耐热性鉴定指标。通过主成分分析将7个单项指标转换成2个相互独立的综合指标;通过逐步回归建立了欧洲型黄瓜成株期耐热性评价数学模型D=0.72175-0.04328,估计精度大于85.52%,并筛选畸形瓜数为耐热性鉴定指标。在相同高温逆境条件下,通过测定畸形瓜数,就可对不同基因型温室黄瓜的耐热性进行鉴定和预测。In order to screen morphological indexes of European type cucumber for heat tolerance in adult stage and establish the mathematical evaluation model,which would supply the research of European type cucumber on heat tolerance and evaluation on heat tolerance of a large number of cucumber varieties,the evaluation of heat tolerance about eleven indexes,stem height,stem diameter,leaf area,first fruit,female flower of main stem,abnormal fruit in adult stage of six different genotype cucumber under natural high temperature were evaluated by principal components analysis and regression analysis. The result showed that the 7 single indexes could be classified into 2 independent comprehensive components. The mathematical evaluation model for Europe type cucumber heat tolerance in adult stage was established,D =0. 72175- 0. 04328 DF,and the evaluation accuracy of the equation was higher than 85. 52 %. The abnormal fruit closely related to the heat tolerance were screened. Determination of the abnormal fruit under same condition could be used for rapid identification and predication of other Europe type cucumber varieties.
