Research on Absorption and Spatial Distribution Difference of Heavy Metals in Zoysia sinica Hance and Rumex crispus

摘  要:试验通过研究生长在矿区的中华结缕草和皱叶酸模两种植物,分析生长环境对植物的影响状况,以及植物对重金属的富集、迁移转运和滞留能力。结果表明:1中华结缕草和皱叶酸模的株高受到海拔和重金属共同影响,并且植物体内重金属随空间地理变化呈现较大差异,生长在矿区的中华结缕草和皱叶酸模体内重金属含量要比非矿区的高。2中华结缕草体内Pb、Cu、Cd含量为:根系>茎叶,体内Zn含量则是茎叶>根系,并且对Pb、Cu富集吸收能力较强,富集能力接近超累积植物;皱叶酸模体内重金属Pb、Zn、Cd分布为:根系>茎叶,而Cu则为茎叶>根系,皱叶酸模对Zn、Cu表现出较强的富集能力并且对Cu的富集能力接近超累积植。3Pb、Cu、Cd 3种重金属在中华结缕草体内的迁移系数均小于1,向上运输能力弱,大部分滞留在根系内。中华结缕草对Zn的迁移系数大于1,向上运输能力强,Zn主要滞留在茎叶内;Pb、Zn、Cd 3种重金属在皱叶酸模体内的迁移系数均小于1,向上运输能力不足,Pb、Zn、Cd主要滞留在皱叶酸模根系内,对Cu的迁移系数大于1,向上运输能力强且Cu主要滞留在茎叶内。中华结缕草和皱叶酸模可用修复和治理Pb、Zn、Cu污染较轻的矿区土壤。By analyzing the Zoysia sinica Hance and Rumex crispus growing in mining area of Jialing river upstream,how local environment affected the plants and how local environment affected the enrichment,migration,transport and retention rate of the plants for heavy metals were studied in the present paper. The results showed that( i) The plant height of Z. sinica Hance and R. crispus was affected by altitude and heavy metals and the heavy metals in plants presented big differences with the spatial variation,and the heavy meatal contents of Z. sinica Hance and R. crispus of mining areas were higher than those in non-mining areas.( ii) The heavy metals Pb,Cu,Cd in Z. sinica Hance was root 〉leaf and the Zn was leaf 〉root,Z. sinica Hance had an better enrichment for Pb,Cu and the ability of enrichment approached to Hyperaccumulator. The heavy metals Pb,Zn,Cd in R. crispus was root 〉leaf,Cu was leaf 〉root,R. crispus had an better enrichment for Zn,Cu and which had ability of enrichment for Cu and which approached to Hyperaccumulator.( iii) The migration coefficients of heavy metals Zn,Cu,Cd in Chinese Z. sinica were less than 1 and the transport capacity was weak,the most heavy metals retented in root. The migration coefficient of Zn in Z. sinica Hance was greater than 1 and the transport capacity was strong and the Zn was mainly retented in leaf. The migration coefficients of heavy metals Pb,Zn,Cd in R. crispus were less than 1 and the transport capacity was weak,the heavy metals Pb,Zn,Cd were mainly retented in root. The migration coefficient of Cu in R. crispus was greater than 1,the transport capacity was strong,the Cu was mainly retented in leaf. Z. sinica Hance and R. crispus could be used for repairing and recovering the soil of mining area.
