摘  要:2010—2014年在四川各马铃薯主产区共分离获得80株马铃薯晚疫病菌,并对其进行氟啶胺的敏感性测定。结果表明:不同年份马铃薯晚疫病菌对氟啶胺的敏感性无显著差异,马铃薯晚疫病菌对氟啶胺的敏感性分布呈单峰曲线,Ec50值分布在0.1830—0.8767μg/mL,最不敏感菌株是最敏感菌株的4.8倍,平均固‰值为(0.4369±0.1426)μg/mL,可作为四川马铃薯晚疫病菌对氟啶胺的敏感基线,未检测到抗性菌株。Abstract:A total of 80 isolates of Phytophthora infestans were collected in Sichuan during 2010 to 2014 and analyzed against fluazinam. The results showed that there were no significant differences in sensitivity of isolates to fluazinam in different years, their sensitivities distributed as a unimodal curve, EC50 values ranged from 0.1830 p,g/mL to 0. 8767 μg/mL, the most insensitive was 4.8 folds of the most sensitive, with a mean of ( 0.4369 ±0.1426 ) μg/mL, which could be used as baseline-sensitivity of P. infestans to fluazinam in Sichuan. Meanwhile, resistant isolates were not detected in Sichuan province.
