摘　　要：矿业权设置方案报盘软件是国土资源部为开展矿业权设置方案编制实施统一配发的报盘软件。该软件具有简便实用的特点,包括数据录入编辑、数据检查、导入导出以及无需GIS平台支持的图形功能。本文阐述了该软件设计与实现的要点。Electronic data preparation software for mining rights plan is software delivered by the ministry of land and resource for implementing the system of mining rights setting plan. This software is a classic stand-alone system. It has the characteristic of simple and practical, including functions of data editing, data checking, data importing, data exporting and graphic function which is not based on GIS platform. This paper introduces the key points of the design and implementation of the software.
