摘　　要：文章研究了网格化管理模式在高校新生适应教育管理中的应用。以生涯发展目标的不同类别为经线,以年级为纬线,将学生分成若干网格状的单元,并以网格为单位开展思想引领、学业指导、能力培养、创新创业为主要内容的个性化教育与服务,有助于提升学生教育管理的针对性与实效性。This study focuses on the application of reticulation mode in freshmen orientation. With career development goals in different categories as the warp and the grade as the weft,the students are divided into a number of grids,which are considered to be units to carry out individualized education and services,including ideological guidance,academic guidance,capacity-building,innovation and entrepreneurship,which help to improve the effectiveness of student education and management.
