摘　　要：文章从大型综合型医院医务社会工作部门的专业视角出发,结合健康管理的理念、方法,立足于我国健康管理的现状,探索运用社会工作小组、个案、社区三大专业方法,探讨医务社会工作专业方法在听力残疾人的健康管理中可发挥的作用。The article combined with the concept and method of health management,based on the present situation of the health management in our country,this research study from the perspective of the function of medical social work department in comprehensive general hospital,to know the function of social work in health management of the aural disabled people,with group work,case work and community.
