白花丹参水提物对糖尿病大鼠心肌组织氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的观察白花丹参水提物对实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌组织氧化应激的影响,明确其治疗作用。方法以高糖高脂饮食喂养的58只雄性Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(35 mg/kg)建立糖尿病(DM)模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、中药大、小剂量组,于给药第12周后测FPG、MDA、SOD、GHS-PX、NO等指标,进行统计分析。结果与模型组相比,中药组、西药组对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖有显著的控制作用,FPG、MDA、NO明显降低,GHS-PX、SOD明显升高,优于模型组(P<0.01);中药治疗组随剂量的增加,效果显著增加,而以中药大剂量组效果最好,明显优于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论白花丹参水提物对糖尿病大鼠心肌组织的氧化应激有显著的改善作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of the Salvia miltiorrhiza water extract on oxidative stress of myocardial tis-sue in experimental diabetes mellitus rats and make sure its therapeutic effect. Method ： By feeding high - glucose - high -fat diet of 58 male Wistar rat and tail vein injection of streptozotocin （ 35 mg/kg ） to establish diabetes mellitus （ DM ）model. All of model rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine group, Chinese medicinegroup（ high and low dose group）, After the treatment for 12 weeks , the marker of oxidative stress such as NO,GHS - PX,MDA ,SOD and FPG were tested of each group. Results： Compared with the model group, the treatment effect of diabetesmellitus rats in both traditional Chinese medicine group and Westem medicine group are significantly, FPG,NO,SOD,GHS-PX,SOD were better than in the model group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. For Chinese medicine group , with the increase of dose, theeffect increased significantly, and the effect of large dose of Chinese medicine group make the best effect, is better thanother treatment groups（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Salvia mihiorrhiza water- extract has significant protective effect on diabe-tes mellitus rats, it can allivate oxidative stress of mycardial tissue in diabetes mellitus rats.
